Hans-Peter Becker is the founder and head of Peembeck GmbH and thus responsible for one of the largest internationally operating music school companies. Peembeck GmbH includes the three franchise brands Modern Music School, the early musical education Kling Klong and VibrA as a school for DJing and producing.

Hans-Peter Becker studied drums at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood and holds a master’s degree in business administration. He is also active as an author and publicist in the fields of music, music business and self-management.

Hans-Peter Becker focuses his work on imparting knowledge in the fields of music, music business and (music) didactics. Already in 1987, he founded his first music school under the name Modern Drum School. Over the years, the Modern Drum School grew into Peembeck GmbH as an internationally operating franchise company.

Wolfgang Benzel is a business graduate and tax consultant. He trained as a logistics officer and studied economics and organizational science at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich. As the Managing Partner of Dr. Benzel & Partner Steuerberatungsgesellschaft and SIMTAX Treuhand GmbH, he advises companies of various sizes and legal forms throughout Germany. In addition, he is a shareholder in various companies and works as a general representative of an industrial group, as well as a member of the supervisory board, advisory board and speaker. Since 2006, he has been teaching finance, taxes and accounting; numerous books and essay publications are the result of his active writing.
